Lead by Ruth Lamb from the Change Collective.
Change Collective brings together expertise in community development, yoga, psychotherapy and trauma-informed practice to create accessible wellbeing opportunities across Scotland.
Founded by sisters Ruth and Eilidh Lamb, our work has grown through collaboration with a network of practitioners and professionals with experience in community engagement, business development, events, marketing and social enterprise.
Our roots are in community development. We believe communities already hold the knowledge, strengths and relationships needed to create meaningful change. Our role is to work alongside people, building opportunities that improve wellbeing while challenging the barriers that prevent many from accessing it.
Yoga is one of the ways we do this. While the wellness industry has become increasingly commercial, we believe wellbeing should be accessible to everyone. We use yoga, breathwork and other wellbeing practices as tools for connection, resilience and collective care rather than as products available only to those who can afford them.
Every project is shaped by the communities we work with. Whether we’re delivering sessions in community centres, schools, workplaces, churches, refugee organisations, homeless services, yoga studios or outdoor spaces, our aim is always the same: to create welcoming, inclusive spaces where people feel supported, connected and able to thrive.
